Whole Wheat Banana Bread

This is a whole wheat version of banana bread that's quick to make and whole grain as well.

2 1/2 C whole wheat flour

2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 C unsalted butter
2 C sugar
2 C mashed ripe bananas
4 eggs
1/2 C chopped nuts

Blend together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. Blend butter and sugar. Beat in the bananas, then eggs till just blended. Bake at 350° for one hour, let cool in pan for ten minutes. Place on wire rack to cool.
