Cashew Roast

Need a dish to wow the company or family on short notice? This dish requires little in the way of prep.

1-13 oz can chicken style soy meat, diced

1/ C chopped onion
1 C diced celery
1 C cubed cheese (American or Cheddar)
1 C cashew nuts (raw)
1 can chow mein noodles
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1- 4 oz can sliced mushrooms
1- 10 3/4 oz can of cream of mushroom soup
1/4 C water, if needed

Mix all ingredients. Pour into dish and bake at 350° for 35-45 minutes.
