Cottage Cheese Patties

These savory patties will tantalize taste buds when you serve them to your guests!

2 lbs cottage cheese

1/2 C finely chopped nuts
1/4 C finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp paprika
Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing (crushed enough to fill empty cheese container)
1/4 C olive oil

Heat skillet and olive oil until hot. Oil must be hot or patties will require extra oil.

Mix all ingredients and let stand in refrigerator for 30 minutes. If using an electric skillet, heat to 350° with 1/4 cup of olive oil. Form mixture into small patties, frying quickly. Drain on paper towel and place in a non greased 13 by 19 baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes just before serving.
