Meatloaf 1

Delicious and savory...you won't go away unsatisfied with this recipe. 1 lg onion, diced

1/2 C canola oil*
1 20-oz can Worthington Low Fat Vegetarian Burger, crumbled
1 3-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 C milk*
4 eggs*
2 C cracker crumbs
1/4 C ketchup
1 Tbsp prepared mustard
1 Tbsp dried parsley
1 1/2 tsp ground sage
1 pkg G.Washington Broth

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir well. Pour into greased 9" x 13" baking dish. Bake at 350° F for 45 minutes.

*Lite Version Substitution

1/4 C canola oil
1/2 C skim milk
1 C egg substitute
