Chilighetti

A delicious combo of macaroni, beans and burger. Kids will love this tasty and nutritious recipe.

1 C vegetarian burger

2 Tbsp olive oil
1 C onion, chopped
2 C kidney beans, drained
1 1/2 C uncooked macaroni
3 C tomato juice
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt

Brown burger and onion in oil. Add chili powder and slat. Cook until onion is tender. Add remaining ingredients, plus 1 more teaspoon salt and pour into a 2 1/2 quart oiled casserole. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350°.
