Mock Turkey Roast II

Appealing recipe that satisfies those holiday cravings or for any other time.

1 20-oz can Worthington Low Fat Vegetarian Burger, crumbled
1 lg onion, diced
2 C cracker crumbs
1/2 C canola oil*
1 tsp poultry seasoning
3/4 C milk
3/4 tsp salt
1 8-oz pkg cream cheese, softened*
2 eggs*

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 9" x 13" baking dish. Bake at 350° F for one hour.

*Lite Version Substitution

Omit oil
1 8-oz pkg fat-free cream cheese
1/2 C egg substitute
