Debby's Easy Cream Cheese Cherry Pie

This easy-to-make cheese cake can be whipped up quickly for company or special events.

1 prepared graham cracker crust
1 8-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1/3 C lemon juice concentrate
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 20-oz can cherry pie filling

In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and mix on low speed, scraping sides until well blended. Add lemon juice and vanilla and mix till blended. Pour into prepared crust. Pour cherry pie filling over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
