Easy Tamale PieAs the name implies, this is a very tasty and easy dairy free recipe...
1-14 3/4 oz can creamed corn
1-28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1-4 1/4 oz can chopped olives
1-20 oz can vegan burger
1 1/2 C coarse ground cornmeal or polenta
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 C oil
1 lg onion, diced small
1 C soy milk
Mix all ingredients well and pour into a greased casserole. Bake for 1 hour or until top is golden brown.
