Cottage Cheese Patties

Creamy and savory patties that will be a real winner at your next dinner.

1 C small curd cottage cheese

1 C finely crumbled cracker crumbs
1/2 C onion, finely chopped
5 eggs
1/2 C finely chipped walnuts
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sage
1 tsp McKay's Chicken Seasoning
2 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp parsley

Mix all together ti a large bowl. Drop by tablespoon into heated fry pan. Brown on both sides and transfer to baking dish. Cover with the following:

1 can celery or mushroom soup
3/4 C imitation sour cream (IMO)
1/2 C milk
1 Tbsp dry parsley

Mix together and pour over patties. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
