Enjoy these delicious vegan fudgesicles on a hot summer day!

2 1/2 C water

1/2 C honey
2 lg bananas
1/2 C carob powder
1 Tbsp slippery elm powder
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
5 Tbsp peanut butter
1/2 tsp salt

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into popsicle cups and freeze.
