Fruit Soup

Serve this unique sweet "soup" with freshly baked rolls.

8 C water

1 C sugar or splenda
1 C lg tapioca
1 C dried prunes
1/4 C raisins
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 cinnamon bark stick
bananas, opt.
ice cream, opt.

Boil first 7 ingredients together slowly for 1 hour or until tapioca is soft and clear. Remove cinnamon stick. Add 1 cup of strawberries after soup is done. Just before serving add fresh banana slices in each bowl with a small scoop of ice cream if desired.
