8 med potatoes, cooked, peeled and cut in half
1 Tbsp oil
1 can vegetarian hot dogs (8-10), cut into circles
1 can Bavarian sauerkraut
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 C mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Bac-Os
2 pkgs George Washington Seasoning
1 can French onions
Cook potatoes in mild salt water until done. Saute onions and hot dogs in oil, add sauerkraut, cream of mushroom soup, Bac-os, mayonnaise and seasoning. Mix well and heat thoroughly. Mash potatoes coarsely and add to sauerkraut mixture, mixing well. If mixture is too dry, add some liquid from hot dogs or milk. Place in casserole dish and cover with French onions. Bake at 350° for one hour.
