Cottage Cheese Roast

Savory and substantial entree for a family or gathering.

1 lb. cottage cheese

1 lg onion, chopped
1/2 C oil
4 slices bread, finely chopped
2 C cornflakes
1 1/2 C milk
1/2 carrot, grated
4 stalks celery, chopped fine
1/2 C nuts, chopped
4 eggs
salt, to taste
sweet basil, to taste
parsley, to taste
sage, to taste
1/2 C vegeburger

Mix all ingredients together well in a bowl. Place in a greased casserole dish and bake at 300° for 1 hour.
