Carob Coated Candy

You are sure to please your sweet tooth with this granola treat.

1 1/2 C natural peanut butter
1 C sucanat
1/2 C honey
1 1/2 C your favorite chopped nuts
1 1/2 C your favorite ground granola
3 C your favorite carob chips

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients except carob chips. If mixture is too wet, add some more ground granola. Roll batter into balls or logs. Melt carob chips in a small bowl in the microwave or in a double boiler. Quickly dip ball/logs into melted carob and place on waxed paper-lined cookie sheet. Let set until hard. Store in refrigerator.

Servings: 1 1/2- 2 dozen pieces
