Carob Ice Cream

Always a satisfying treat for a hot summer day.

2 C vanilla soymilk
1 C sucanat
1 containder Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese
1 pkg Mori Nu extra firm silken tofu
2 tsp vanilla flavoring
1 C your favorite carob chips
1/3 C carob powder
1/3 C Roma

Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour into ice-cream freezer and follow manufacturer's instructions.

Servings: 1 1/2 quarts
