1 Chicago Pizza Crust Recipe
1 8-oz pkg fat-free cream cheese, softened
1/2 C fat-free Miracle Whip (or mayonnaise)
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 pound tomatoes, chopped
1/2 pound cucumbers, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 4-oz can mushrooms, drained
1 16-oz can sliced black olives, drained
After Chicago Pizza Crust dough has raised, spread with fingers onto a large, greased cookie sheet. You may not need all the dough, depending on how think you like it. Prick with a fork before baking. Bake at 350° F for 10-15 minutes, or until golden. Remove and cool.
In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic together until smooth. Spread over cooled pizza crust. Chop any toppings you Iike (some examples are listed) and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. Top with olives. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
