3 C granola
1/3 C margarine, melted
2 Tbsp evaporated milk
2 8-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 C granulated sugar
2 Tbsp lemon juice concentrate
1/4 C milk
1 16-oz container Cool Whip, thawed
1 20-oz can cherry pie filling
In blender, grind granola till fine. Pour granola into large bowl. Add melted margarine and evaporated milk. Mix well and press into 9" x 13" cake pan. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese with electric mixer. Add sugar, lemon juice, and milk. Beat until smooth. Gently fold in Cool Whip until mixed. Spread cream cheese mixture over granola crust. Refrigerate. Spread cherry pie filling evenly over cream cheese mixture.
