Grapenut Roast Quickly assembled and a very good entree for an inexperienced cook.


1 can of mushroom soup
2 eggs
2 Tbsp melted butter or margarine
3/4 tsp Vegex
1 pkg George Washington Broth (golden)
1 C chopped onion
1/2 C celery leaves
1 C Grapenuts
1 C chopped walnuts

Mix first five ingredients together well. Add remaining ingredients. Place mixture into a 6 1/2 by 9 pan or round pan that is oiled. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

Servings: 8-10
